Karen Clinkard, University of Southampton

Karen Clinkard is a Principal Teaching Fellow at Southampton Business School, with 20 years of teaching, researching and leading curriculum projects in marketing, employability and sustainability. She passionately advocates experiential and work-related learning, through guest-taught and live-client project assessments, to enhance students’ networking skills, aspirational career prospects and entrepreneurial mindset, as detailed in her research publications on ‘AGILE’ reflective narratives. Karen has experience as UG Programme Leader, PG Cert AdvHE Mentor and Panel Member, Faculty Employability and Enterprise Coordinator, Curriculum Designer at university strategy level, Peer to Peer Student Interaction stream lead, and Project Manager for the Green Student Initiative.
